Our mission is to safeguard uninterrupted, affirming care for every person who relies on us—especially when systems falter, policies shift, or access is threatened. We meet people where they are, adapt quickly, and hold fast to the belief that health care, at its heart, is a promise to never abandon those in need.

You can schedule an appointment by calling our appointment line. Our team will help you set up a telehealth visit as soon as possible—usually within days.


No referral is needed. You can contact us directly and start care when you’re ready.


Yes—telehealth is how we currently provide care. You can meet with your provider by secure video or phone from wherever you are. We believe you deserve care as soon as possible and are doing everything we can to make that happen quickly and safely.


We provide care that centers your freedom and ability to be yourself—including gender-affirming care and other services that may be restricted elsewhere. Our clinicians focus on affirming, patient-led care that respects your choices and goals.


Yes. You can continue seeing your regular primary care provider. Project Beacon simply gives you another telehealth option for affirming and accessible care.


Right now, we can only provide telehealth care to people who are physically in Massachusetts at the time of their appointment. If you’re out of state, you’ll need to come to Massachusetts to receive care—but we’re actively working to expand access across state lines.
